On April 14, 2021 and April 29, 2021, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Public Engagement Division (PED) held stakeholder engagements to discuss Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for Venezuelans. During these webinars, USCIS provided an overview of TPS and DED for eligible Venezuelans, explained eligibility requirements, and shared filing tips. USCIS responded to questions submitted in advance and via chat during the webinar.
