New to Refugee Services? Free Training, Technical Assistance, and Tools to Help You in Your Work

If you are new to refugee services, you may have many questions about your role. We are here to help! Whether you are a newly hired caseworker, cultural orientation provider, employment specialist, program manager, or other service provider, you can join free online training, get answers to your questions, and access learning resources like toolkits, lesson plans, videos, podcasts, and more. This webinar provides a brief overview of Cultural Orientation Resource Exchange (CORE) and Switchboard, two federally funded training projects that work to help build capacity of refugee service providers in the U.S. You’ll learn about the free learning opportunities offered by CORE and Switchboard and find out where to learn more about additional training relevant to your work.
