This course is intended for anyone whose role includes monitoring and evaluation, program design, proposal development, or program management, or any staff interested in growing their understanding of M&E. Staff who enroll in this course do not need prior experience with M&E, but we recommend that you start by completing the first course in this series, Introduction to Theories of Change.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Identify key components of a logical framework (logframe), a type of logic model, and its relationship to theories of change
- Select purposeful indicators for a logframe
- Complete a logframe with data sources, assumptions, targets, and disaggregation by relevant subgroups
