This document includes two templates to be completed by refugee service providers alongside refugee families as they work to support home-based learning. Included are a template for a Home-Based Learning Plan and a Weekly Schoolwork Schedule. To use these templates:
- Translate into families’ preferred language(s)
- Add additional visual supports for those with low literacy, as needed
- Adapt the format and language for cultural relevance, specific student and family needs, etc.
