Feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of refugee service work? Staying up to date with best practices and finding practical support can be tough—but it doesn’t have to be. Join us for this roundtable to discover Switchboard, the one-stop resource hub for refugee service providers across the United States. We’ll walk you through key Switchboard offerings like communities of practice, research evidence summaries, and technical assistance (TA) requests. You’ll leave knowing exactly how to access these Switchboard resources and even how to submit a TA request for personalized support so you can tackle your toughest challenges with confidence.

  • Identify the key features of three types of Switchboard learning opportunities—communities of practice (CoPs), research evidence summaries, and technical assistance (TA) requests—and select the Switchboard learning experiences that best meet your needs
  • Submit a TA request for Switchboard’s support on a problem of practice you’re struggling with
