The AHLAN Manual is a dynamic document aimed at eliminating barriers to refugee resettlement and fostering inclusion by reshaping the landscape of refugee resettlement through the establishment of Resettlement Campuses. Developed by Every Campus A Refuge in collaboration with several organizations, this manual fills a crucial gap for campuses striving to cultivate a sense of belonging for all students, staff, and faculty, including those who arrive from other countries. Welcoming America has supported ECAR’s efforts in creating inclusive campuses for newcomers through the Fund to Foster Belonging grant.
