Switchboard is pleased to announce the publication of the pre-recorded private panel discussion “A Holistic Approach to Digital Literacy,” which took place during the confluence “Bridging the Gap between Technology and Resettlement” on September 11, 2024, at the University of Utah.
This half-hour session is beneficial for refugee service providers working at state agencies, resettlement agencies or affiliates, or other organizations, as well as others interested in digital literacy and accessibility. Listen to this select panel discussion centered around the experiences of five subject matter experts in the fields of resettlement, health care, policy, and digital literacy. They share challenges, successes, and noteworthy highlights, followed by a facilitator-led question and answer session.
