Writing case notes is an essential part of every case manager’s responsibilities. While case notes are helpful tools in many ways, creating them can be a time-consuming aspect of a very demanding profession. This webinar will cover the fundamentals of case notes, service plans, and other types of case management documentation. Participants will gain context for the importance of documentation throughout the case management cycle, learn the essential elements of a typical case file, and acquire tools and techniques for efficiently writing high-quality case notes.
