This course is intended for service providers working in Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)/Department of Child Services (DCS) residences/programs. It is available in English and in Spanish on the BRYCS website.
After completing this 48-minute course, you will have a better understanding of:
- Professional ethics, boundaries, and conduct;
- What constitutes child maltreatment;
- How to respond to and report suspected child maltreatment; and
- Ways to prevent abuse and neglect in residences and protect yourself against allegations.
