How to Answer Behavioral Interview Questions

This course provides an introduction to behavioral interview questions and is intended for both refugee service providers and refugee jobseekers.

This 25-minute course contains four modules. After completing all four sections, you will be able to:

1. Recognize a behavioral question when it is asked in a job interview;
2. Identify specific characteristics that an employer wants to have in a good employee; and
3. Tell stories from your past in a job interview using the “STAR Method.”
