This module was created by the Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Assistance (META) Project.
This module explains a key element of program design, monitoring and evaluation: developing strong theories of change. This module continues the series of introductory e-learning modules on monitoring and evaluation (M&E). If you have not yet completed the first module in this series, Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation, we recommend doing so before starting this module.
