Kay Bellor

Kay Bellor has had a long career working in senior roles at leading nonprofit agencies serving refugees, migrants and unaccompanied children. She was the Vice President for Programs at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and worked in a similar capacity at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Kay also served as Director of IRC’s Resettlement Support Center in Thailand, where she managed large-scale services to assist refugees seeking admission to the United States. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Sierra Leone, and was Associate Director of Church World Services Immigration and Refugee Program. Kay holds a Master’s in Health Advocacy from Sarah Lawrence College, and a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
