Digital Assistant Panel Discussion

This panel will explore how resettlement service delivery can be reimagined to address future challenges and opportunities. Panelists will present innovative models and prototypes for virtual case management, showcasing the use of AI and other digital tools across various formats. Panelists include: Jonathan Amisi (University of Utah Research Affiliate, Milad Mozari (Assistant Professor Multi- Disciplinary Design, University of Utah in (Digital Asst. Copper), Duncan Lawrence (Senior Director of Innovation, IRC), Emma Shah (Deputy Director of Virtual Services, IRC), Moderators: Kristy Gladfelter (VP Research, Analysis, and Learning, IRC) and Jeanie Annan (SVP Chief Research and Innovation Officer Airbel).
