Recruiting and Engaging Foster Parents in Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Programs: Focus on Strategies for Remote Services

This webinar will cover key concepts for recruiting foster parents for Unaccompanied Refugee Minor youth. Strategies will include methods and approaches based on the specific youth for whom you are recruiting, the groups and communities of potential foster parents you want to reach, and the messaging and outreach strategies that will make your recruitment more effective. The webinar will emphasize efforts to recruit and engage foster parents during remote services, including virtual strategies and socially distanced in-person strategies.
