A one-stop resource hub for refugee service providers in the United States
About our Services
We provide free, customized training to resettlement agencies and affiliates, state agencies and other organizations funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This includes consultation, webinars and, where feasible, in-person training.
We provide online courses for refugee service providers that address the unique challenges of our professional community. Course topics range from aspects of program design, like gender equality or data collection methods, to practical challenges, like working with interpreters.
We have curated a multimedia library of content developed both by Switchboard and by former ORR-funded TA providers. Our library includes resources on topics as varied as employment, adult education, health, housing, legal needs, and organizational development.
