Emily leads Upwardly Global's Jobversity™ initiative, scaling digital learning tools and expertise to help build towards a more inclusive, equitable workforce. Prior to joining Upwardly Global, Emily helped found and grow Upward Academy, the largest public-private partnership between adult education and business in the United States delivering workplace education programming on-site. Emily has also served as Program Manager and American Dream Fellow with the Cisneros Center for New Americans, and as a Research Consultant with Welcoming America. She believes in the power of empathetic partnerships and creativity to drive systemic change.
