Often, we talk about monitoring, evaluation and reporting as activities we do for donors. This webinar offered guidance on reframing the discussion. Participants learned the benefits of reframing monitoring, evaluation and reporting as “telling a story” as well as five steps to begin using data to tell a story about immigration programs. Although the examples presented in the webinar focused on immigration legal services, the information is applicable to a range of programs.
